Algorithms Middle East DMCC in Muscat invites an energetic Sales Business Development professional to drive growth across Oman. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, build strategic relationships, and present Xpedeon ERP solutions to address client challenges.

The role requires travel within Oman, strong consultative selling, and collaboration with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Generate qualified leads via networking, referrals, events, digital channels, and outbound prospecting.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support growth.
• Present Xpedeon ERP solutions through product demonstrations and proposals.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, finance and customer success teams.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Maintain CRM data, sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market intelligence.
• Travel within Oman for client meetings and business development activities.
