Sheraton Muscat seeks an experienced Restaurant Operations Leader to supervise daily restaurant, bar, and room service activities, assist with menu planning, uphold sanitation standards, and support servers and hosts during peak times. This role drives guest satisfaction and financial performance while coordinating training to reach goals.

Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B, or a 2-year degree with 2 years in F&B.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and manages employees in day-to-day operations.
• Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
• Leads with strong interpersonal and communication skills to guide and develop the team.
• Ensures compliance with food & beverage policies, standards and laws.
