Job summary

Experience is seeking a restaurant operations leader to supervise daily activities across restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service. You will assist with menu planning, ensure sanitation standards, and support servers and hosts during peak meal periods.

You will strive to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance. You will determine training needs and implement plans to achieve goals, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years in food & beverage, culinary, or related area OR 2-year degree with 2 years of experience in F&B or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily restaurant operations across restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Assists with menu planning and maintains sanitation standards.
• Leads staff during peak meal periods and supports servers/hosts on the floor.
• Aims to improve guest and employee satisfaction and financial performance.
• Determines training needs and implements training plans.
• Ensures compliance with food & beverage policies, standards and laws.
