Job summary

Accor is seeking a professional Reservations Supervisor for our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the Reservations Department, ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate reservation management, and revenue optimization.

The role involves coaching the reservations team and coordinating with Front Office and Revenue Management to ensure seamless guest experiences from booking through departure.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Reservations Department and ensure efficient handling of requests.
• Oversee reservations via phone, email, and online channels with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coach and guide the reservations team to deliver excellent guest service and productivity.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the PMS and maintain data integrity.
• Monitor inventory, availability, and rate integrity to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Promote hotel facilities, packages, and offers to upsell and cross-sell.
