Job summary

MasarEng is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to source, attract, and select engineering talent for partner organizations. This remote contract role involves defining requirements with stakeholders, posting jobs, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely, high-quality hires across the GCC.

You will advise clients on hiring strategies, assess candidate fit, and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Qualifications

• Full life-cycle recruiting and hiring experience.
• Strong consulting skills advising on talent strategies.
• Excellent communication and conducting structured, competency-based interviews.
• Proven remote, contract-based work experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering/technical roles in GCC is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS and data-driven hiring practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
