Job summary

Confidential, a diversified investment group with interests across retail, real estate and investment management, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead recruitment strategy and execution on-site.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, build proactive talent pipelines, govern recruitment practices, and partner with senior leaders to attract high-caliber talent aligned with organizational objectives across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 9–11 years HR experience with 5–7 years in talent acquisition.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment across multiple job families.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment analytics, and governance.
• Arabic and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TA strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and governance.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and sourcing channels.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection.
• Manage employer branding and university relations.
• Oversee offer management and candidate experience.
