ahlibank SAOG in Muscat invites applications for Head of Regulatory Compliance. You will own the bank's regulatory compliance framework across Oman, ensuring adherence to Oman Banking Law, CBO circulars, and FSA regulations, while safeguarding reputation and minimizing penalties.

As a senior Compliance leader, you will mentor staff, drive governance, oversee policy updates, and coordinate regulatory submissions and inspections with senior management and the Board.

• Lead end-to-end regulatory compliance function across the bank.
• Advise on regulatory changes and oversee policy updates.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and examinations.
• Develop and mentor the Regulatory Compliance team.
• Maintain central repository of circulars and records.

• Lead the regulatory compliance function and oversee policy framework.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and reporting to Board.
• Ensure alignment with CBO, FSA and other authorities.
• Oversee FATCA and CRS compliance.
• Manage team objectives and budget.
