Job summary

You will coordinate governance reporting to Executive Management and Board Committees, monitor effectiveness, and lead maturity assessments.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain the Company's Corporate Governance Framework and related policies.
• Coordinate governance reporting to Executive Management and Board Committees.
• Monitor governance effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the Corporate Governance Framework in line with best practices.
• Review and maintain governance-related policies, charters, and delegations of authority.
• Coordinate governance reporting to Executive Management and Board Committees.
• Monitor governance effectiveness, conduct maturity assessments, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit on risk and control topics.
• Track management action plans and closure status of audit findings.
