Job summary

The Oman Investment Authority is seeking a senior leader to drive the development and implementation of governance and compliance frameworks. This role requires overseeing teams, ensuring adherence to regulations, managing operational excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 16 to 18 years of relevant work experience in an investment environment. Professional qualifications such as FRM, CA, or ACCA are preferred.

Qualifications

• 16 to 18 years of work experience in an investment environment.
• Professional qualifications such as FRM, PRM, CA, CPA, or ACCA.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute governance and compliance strategies.
• Lead a high-performing Governance and Compliance team.
• Oversee day-to-day governance and compliance operations.
• Manage recruitment and development initiatives.
• Monitor compliance status and breaches.
• Coordinate support related to governance practices.
• Ensure departmental compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or any other relevant field

Master’s degree is a plus
