Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or Accounting.
• CFA, FRM, CISI-UK or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Strong exposure to international markets, ESG finance, and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation and enhancement of policies and regulations for investment Banks/ Banking.
• Develop a roadmap for regulating the investment Banks segment.
• Develop robust disclosure and transparency regulations for investment banking services.
• Identify market gaps to support growth of investment Banks/ Banking segments.
• Provide expert regulatory advice on complex matters related to investment Banks/ Banking.
• Conduct market studies and provide strategic insights on investment Banks / Banking topics.
• Oversee preparation of strategic/analytical reports on investment Banks and banking.
• Advise executive management on initiatives to strengthen and diversify the financial sector.
• Monitor global regulatory developments in investment Banks, banking activities and capital markets; benchmark practices.
• Support internal capacity building and knowledge transfer within the department.
