Job summary

Tawteen is seeking a Production Support Engineer in Oman to ensure smooth operations by monitoring and resolving production issues. You will manage mobile app build uploads to the App Store and Play Store and provide server-side support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in production or application support and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Knowledge of server-side troubleshooting and mobile app deployment is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Support/Application Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of server-side troubleshooting (Linux/Windows, databases, APIs).
• Experience with mobile app build uploads to app stores.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and respond to issues promptly.
• Manage mobile app build preparation and uploads to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Provide basic monitoring and troubleshooting for applications built on OutSystems.
