Job summary

Tech-IT Solutions & Services in Oman is seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer with 3+ years of professional IT support to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on end-user computing, asset management, and field deployments across multiple sites.

You will deploy Windows client images, manage Active Directory, troubleshoot hardware, and coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth operations while adhering to service standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of professional IT technical support experience.
• Experience deploying Windows clients (Windows 10/11) within Active Directory.
• Strong PC hardware, peripheral, and laptop troubleshooting.
• Experience installing and supporting packaged software applications.
• Solid TCP/IP networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional attitude.
• Oman driving license preferred; eligible to work in Oman.

Responsibilities

• Configure client PCs with OS images and standard apps.
• Deliver, install, and set up IT assets at locations across Oman.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and application issues during deployment.
• Provide user guidance and training for day-to-day IT operations.
• Maintain asset records and store inventory, with regular reports.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for support tasks and escalations.
• Attend urgent service calls to ensure rapid fault recovery.
• Interact professionally with end users.
