Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's degree in chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory.
• Experience as a Process instructor or trainer for 3-5 years.
• Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery.
• Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
