Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; Masters preferred.
• 7–10 years of proven technical presales or consulting experience in the Omani market.
• Solid technical expertise in the IBM Integration and Automation portfolio.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to propose architectures and build custom solutions connecting enterprise systems.
• Lead technical workshops to prove value of IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM API Connect, and IBM MQ.

HSE Requirements :

• Collaborate with HSE teams to implement safety controls, manage hazardous materials, and mitigate impacts.
• Promote a culture of safety within engineering teams, ensuring that all projects prioritize the well-being of employees and the environment.
• Reports on progress/issues to HSE focal point
• Provide administrative support to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department. Maintain and organize HSE documentation, including records of incidents, audits, and training sessions.
• Support HSE focal point for all types of emergencies
