Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complex integration services and APIs based on industry standards and best practices using IBM App Connect Enterprise (formerly IBM Integration Bus).
• Modify or enhance existing message flows and ESQL based on new business requirements, defect fixes, and security compliance needs.
• Provide technical support for bank’s IT projects involving integration between applications through IBM middleware products including IBM MQ, IBM DataPower, IBM API Connect, and related tools.
• Perform configuration fixes, code fixes, end‑to‑end testing support, UAT support, performance and security testing support.
• Monitor supported systems and operate utilities to support customer system and data implementations.
• Respond to maintenance and emergencies outside normal business hours as necessary.
• Analyze production incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken.
• Adhere to team standards, processes, peer review, security, incident and problem management policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• IBM Professional Certification in App Connect Enterprise.
• Other relevant IT certifications (IBM DataPower, IBM MQ, IBM API Connect).

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years hands‑on experience in integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise.
