Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruitment support: posting, resume screening, and interviews.
• Maintain employee records, onboarding, and status changes.
• Ensure compliance with Oman labor laws and visa processing.
• Implement HR policies across the organization.
• Coordinate with PRO for government-related matters.
• Address employee grievances and manage benefits.
• Onboard new hires and conduct orientations.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and onboarding/off-boarding.
• Maintain attendance system and monthly reports.
• Support HR calendar activities and wellbeing initiatives.
