Pentabell is seeking a strategic People & Culture Director for one of its clients. The role focuses on shaping organizational culture, driving employee engagement and overall well-being across the company.

The successful candidate will develop and implement policies, lead engagement initiatives, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives and drive retention and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in People & Culture roles.
• Strategic planning and execution.
• Change management.
• Employee engagement and motivation.
• Conflict resolution and mediation.
• Leadership and team building.
