BrandConnect Media Salalah restaurant is seeking a skilled Pakistani Chef to join our team. You will create authentic Pakistani dishes, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and lead kitchen staff.

Responsibilities include planning traditional dishes, supervising and training staff, managing inventory, ensuring sanitation, and accommodating dietary requests. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required; legal authorization to work in Salalah is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine.
• Knowledge of traditional Pakistani spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to create unique flavor profiles while maintaining authenticity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and passion for high-quality dishes.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in Salalah.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare traditional Pakistani dishes, including curries, biryanis, and kebabs
• Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection according to recipes and quality standards
• Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times, adhering to sanitation standards
