Qualifications

• Pakistani nationality preferred
• Experience as Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant
• Strong knowledge of traditional Pakistani dishes and cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Excellent leadership skills and staff training
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and creating new dishes
• Oversee and manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Monitor food quality and presentation, maintaining high standards
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained
