Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a fine dining establishment.
• Strong leadership and staff training ability.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus but not required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create innovative menus that showcase local ingredients and international flavors.
• Oversee all food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards.
• Manage inventory and purchase orders to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times, following all health codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability.
