Job summary

gu-recruitment is seeking an O&M Contractor & Contract Management Lead to drive tendering, evaluation, and selection of O&M contractors, service providers, and EPC subcontractors for utility-scale assets in Oman. You will oversee contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and escalation between the Owner and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering; Master’s is a plus.
• PE license, PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8–10 years in O&M or asset management of utility-scale assets with 3–5 years in solar/wind facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead tendering, evaluation, and selection of O&M contractors, service providers, and EPC subcontractors.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize O&M contracts and LTSAs; monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance incentives.
• Directly manage O&M site engineers and technicians across solar, wind, and substations sites.
• Oversee spare parts procurement, inventory, warranties, and outage/maintenance planning.
