Al Baleed Resort Salalah By Anantara is seeking a Duty Manager (Night) to oversee the resort's night operations and guest experience. The role acts as the senior on-site representative during the night, coordinating departments to deliver seamless service and maintain Anantara luxury standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift operations to ensure guest service and safety.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, Engineering.
• Manage VIP arrivals and guest requests, and service recovery.
• Oversee night audit activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure proper handover to day operations and communicate priorities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to night team.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents per procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain standards.
