Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Duty Manager (Night) at Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara in Oman. You will oversee resort operations during the night shift, maintaining service standards and coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, and Engineering to ensure smooth overnight operations.

The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and guest issue resolution, with responsibilities including night audits and handovers to day teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel operations and guest service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall resort operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with brand standards.
• Act as the senior operational representative during the night shift, making sound decisions and escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, Engineering and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Manage VIP arrivals, guest requests and service recovery initiatives to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Oversee night audit activities and ensure accurate financial reporting and timely daily reports.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-duty team members and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and resort policies, handling emergencies when required.
