Job summary

Noon Academy is seeking a seasoned Mentorship Manager to own the advisor network, student assignments, and learning activity standards. This data-driven operational role requires leading a distributed team of full-time and part-time advisors and supervisors, managing compensation cycles, and driving measurable student outcomes across programs.

You will design guidance metrics, monitor performance, and collaborate with Finance and Product/Data teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, program management, or field team management.
• Proven track record of leading data-driven teams and defining performance standards.
• Strong operational data skills and proficiency with BI tools and advanced spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Own the Student Guidance function end-to-end, including advisor network and supervisors.

About the role

As a mentorship Manager you will own entire function — including the advisor network and supervisors, the student assignment and follow-up process through to genuine learning activity, the performance standards against which advisors are measured, and the monthly advisor compensation cycle that funds the operation.

This is a data-driven operational role: guidance metrics are the primary management tool, and the role holder is responsible for defining and establishing those metrics.

Advisor Network & Team Leadership

Build, lead, and develop a distributed network of full-time and part-time Student Advisors and their supervisors — from recruitment and onboarding to training and succession planning.

Establish appropriate supervisory spans that enable supervisors to effectively manage their teams, and align the size of the advisor network with student volumes across each program.

Guidance Quality & Advisor Performance

Translate effective student guidance into measurable standards, including assigned student portfolio coverage, speed of initial contact, follow-up continuity, and the learning activity achieved by each student.

Manage the performance evaluation cycle for every advisor and supervisor and make decisions based on the resulting performance data.

Student Assignment & Activation

Own the full student journey from receiving partner student lists through assignment and ultimately to active learning.

Define student assignment rules, ensure full coverage of every student on the list, maintain service-level standards for initial contact, and re-engage students who have become inactive.

Each program has its own definition of an activated student, and each program is measured against its respective activation standard.

Compensation, Incentives & Cost Management

Manage the monthly Student Advisor compensation cycle in coordination with the Finance team.

Design the incentive model so that compensation is directly linked to outcomes.

Manage cost per activated student as a key operational metric and provide leadership with proposals supported by clearly calculated operational costs.

Reporting & Partner Management

Prepare monthly and quarterly Student Guidance performance reports for leadership.

Provide the Student Guidance section of partner reports and represent the department in follow-up and performance review meetings with partners.

Systems & Work Tools

Own the Student Guidance platform and related operating procedures.

Identify the department's operational and technology needs, work with Product and Data teams to deliver them, and build customized operational tools when speed and flexibility are required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, program management, or field team management, including direct leadership of a distributed or multi-site team.


• Proven track record of managing teams through data: establishing performance standards, communicating them clearly, and measuring team performance against them.


• Strong operational data skills, including the ability to work with raw data, extract key metrics, and understand and explain how those metrics are calculated. Advanced spreadsheet skills are required; experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a strong advantage.


• Proficiency with AI tools and demonstrated ability to use them on a daily basis to build customized operational tools.


• Experience leading teams comprising both full-time and part-time employees.


• Familiarity with the nonprofit, education, or social development sector in Saudi Arabia.


• Native Arabic speaker with professional working proficiency in English preferred.


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تقدّـت نون التعليمية مجموعة من البرامج التعليمية لتمكين المستفيدين بالشراكة مع الجمعيات والمؤسسات الخيرية والجهات الحكومية في أنحاء المملكة.

والإرشاد الطلابي هو الحلقة التي تحوّل المستفيد المسجَّر إلى طالب متعلّم فعليًا: يتولّى المرشد قائمة من الطلاب، يتواصل معهم، ويوجّههم إلى المسار التعليمي المناسب، ويرافقهم طوال العام الدراسي.

يتولّى مدير إدارة الإرشاد الطلابي هذه الوظيفة بكاملها — شبكة المرشدين ومشرفيها، وآلية إسناد الطلاب ومع متابعة التعليم حتى نشاط تعلّم حقيقي، ومعيار الأداء الذي يُقاس عليه المرشدون، ودورة مستحقات المرشدين الشهرية التي تموّل ذلك.

وهي وظيفة تشغيلية تُدار بالبيانات: أرقام الإرشاد هي أداة إدارته، وشاغل الوظيفة هو من يضع هذه الأرقام.

المسؤوليات

• شبكة المرشدين وقيادة الفريق

بناء شبكة موزّعة من المرشدين بدوام كامل وجزئي ومشرفيهم وتطويرها — من الاستقطاب والتأهيل إلى التدريب والإحلال.

وتحديد نطاق إشرف يتيح للمشرف أن يشرف فعلاً، ومواءمة حجم الشبكة مع أعداد الطلاب في كل برنامج.

• جودة الإرشاد وأداء المرشدين

ترجمة الإرشاد الجيّد إلى معايير قابلة للقياس — تغطية قائمة الطلاب المسندة، وسرعة التواصل الأول، واستمرارية المتابعة، ونشاط التعلّم الذي يحققه الطالب.

وإدارة دورة التقييم التي تُقاس عليها كل مرشد وكل مشرف، واتخاذ القرار بناءً على نتائجها.

• إسناد الطلاب وتفعيلهم

ملكية المسار الكامل من استلام قوائم الشركاء إلى إسناد إلى طالب يتعلّم: قواعد الإسناد، وتغطية كل طالب في القائمة، ومستوى الخدمة في التواصل الأول، وإعادة استقطاب الطلاب المتوقفين.

ولكل برنامج تعريفه الخاص للطالب المفعّل، ويُقاس كل برنامج على معياره هو.

• المستحقات والحوافز والتكلفة

إدارة دورة مستحقات المرشدين الشهرية بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المالية، وتصميم نموذج الحوافز بحيث يرتبط الصرف بالنتيجة.

وإدارة تكلفة الطالب المفعّل كرقم مُدار، وتقديم المقترحات للقيادة بتكلفتها محسوبة من ملف التشغيل.

• التقارير والتعامل مع الشركاء

إعداد التقرير الشهري والربعي لأداء الإرشاد للقيادة، وتقديم قسم الإرشاد في تقارير الشركاء، وتمثيل الإدارة في اجتماعات المتابعة مع الشركاء.

• الأنظمة وأدوات العمل

ملكية منصة الإرشاد وإجراءات التشغيل المرتبطة بها — تحديد احتياج الإدارة، والعمل مع فرق المنتج والبيانات لتوفيره، وبناء أدوات العمل الخاصة عند الحاجة إلى السرعة.

المؤهلات والخبرات

• خبرة لا تقل عن ١٠ سنوات في التشغيل أو إدارة البرامج أو إدارة الفرق الميدانية، تتضمّن قيادة مباشرة لفريق موزّع أو متعدد المواقع.


• سجل مثبت في إدارة فريق بالبيانات: وضع معيار أداء، وإعلانه، وقياس الفريق عليه.


• إتقان التعامل مع بيانات التشغيل — القدرة على فتح ملف خام واستخراج المؤشر منه وتفسير طريقة احتسابه. إتقان متقدم لجداول البيانات مطلوب، وخبرة أدوات ذكاء الأعمال ميزة إضافية قوية.


• إجادة أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي واستخدامها اليومي في بناء أدوات العمل الخاصة.


• خبرة في قيادة فريق يجمع بين الدوام الكامل والدوام الجزئي.


• إلمام بالقطاع غير الربحي أو التعليمي أو التنمية الاجتماعية في المملكة.


• اللغة العربية لغة أمّ، وإجادة الإنجليزية بمستوى العمل المهني كنقطة إضافية للتفضيل.


• درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة.
