Job summary

noon is seeking a Junior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of sellers in Riyadh and drive growth on noon's marketplace. You will build relationships, analyze performance, and identify opportunities across pricing, assortment, promotions, and campaigns.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, monitor KPIs, and help sellers become more self-sufficient. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in account management, e-commerce, marketplace operations, commercial operations, business development, category management, retail, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required as stated above.
  • Strong commercial mindset with an interest in understanding what drives business and seller growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear business insights and actions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of sellers
  • Understand sellers' business objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze seller performance and identify opportunities to drive sales, assortment, pricing, conversion, advertising, promotions, and inventory growth
  • Develop data-driven action plans and recommendations to improve seller performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with sellers and follow up on agreed actions and opportunities
  • Identify assortment and selection gaps and support sellers in expanding relevant products and brands
  • Monitor pricing and competitiveness and identify opportunities to improve seller positioning
  • Drive seller participation in relevant campaigns, promotions, deals, and seasonal opportunities
  • Support sellers in understanding and maximizing marketplace advertising opportunities
  • Monitor inventory availability and product performance to proactively identify potential lost-sales opportunities
  • Track key commercial KPIs and take proactive action when performance is below expectations
  • Help sellers effectively use noon's tools, dashboards, systems, and marketplace capabilities
  • Encourage sellers to become increasingly self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, promotions, and overall marketplace performance
  • Maintain strong follow-up on seller commitments, action plans, and business opportunities
  • Work closely with Commercial, Ads, Pricing, Catalog, Seller Support, Logistics, Finance, Product, and other internal teams to resolve issues and unlock growth
  • Conduct root cause analysis to understand performance gaps and recommend practical solutions
  • Stay informed about e-commerce trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and developments in the Saudi market
  • Capture seller feedback and translate recurring challenges into actionable insights
  • Provide regular updates and performance insights to management

What you'll do:

Team noon is looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of sellers, building strong business relationships, and driving their growth and performance on noon.

You will work closely with sellers and internal teams to identify growth opportunities, solve commercial challenges, and improve performance across the marketplace.
