Job summary

Mullaim Platform in Muscat seeks an experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, commercial growth, learner experience, tutor coordination, and service quality of the online education platform.

This hands‑on leader will manage online classes, support students and teachers, coordinate content and schedules, and deliver a scalable operating model for bilingual Arabic/English learning.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required; communicate professionally with learners, parents, tutors, partners, and internal teams in both languages.
• Minimum three years of experience in online education, EdTech, e-learning operations, training center management, academic coordination, student services, or platform operations.
• Experience managing online classes, virtual learning tools, learner support workflows, tutors or trainers, schedules, and service quality in an education or training environment.
• Good understanding of LMS or online learning platforms, virtual classroom tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, and common digital collaboration tools.
• Strong operational management skills with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, follow up, and solve day-to-day issues quickly and professionally.
• Ability to track performance data, analyze learner engagement, monitor service quality, prepare reports, and recommend practical improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, Technology, Digital Learning, or a related field is preferred.

As Manager at Mullaim Platform, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations, commercial growth, learner experience, tutor coordination, and overall service quality of the online education platform. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage online classes, support students and teachers, coordinate content and schedules, track performance, and ensure the platform operates smoothly and professionally.

Reporting directly to the General Manager / Platform Director, your main responsibility is to build an organized, reliable, and scalable operating model for Mullaim. You will work closely with tutors, academic partners, customers support, sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver a high-quality bilingual learning experience for Arabic and English-speaking learners.
