Job summary

Noon Academy is seeking a seasoned Mentorship Manager to own the advisor network, student assignments, and learning activity standards. This data-driven operational role requires leading a distributed team of full-time and part-time advisors and supervisors, managing compensation cycles, and driving measurable student outcomes across programs.

You will design guidance metrics, monitor performance, and collaborate with Finance and Product/Data teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, program management, or field team management.
Proven track record of leading data-driven teams and defining performance standards.
Strong operational data skills and proficiency with BI tools and advanced spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Own the Student Guidance function end-to-end, including advisor network and supervisors.
Define and implement guidance metrics and performance standards.
Oversee student assignment, activation, and learning activities across programs.
Manage compensation cycles, incentives, and cost per activated student.
Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for leadership and partners.
Own the Student Guidance platform and collaborate with Product/Data teams to build tools.
