Reporting to the General Manager, you will build an organized, scalable operating model and collaborate with tutors, academic partners, support, sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver a high-quality bilingual learning experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Arabic and English required.
• Minimum three years of online education/EdTech operations experience.
• Experience managing online classes, tutors, and schedules.
• Strong understanding of LMS or online learning platforms and CRM tools.
• Proven ability to track performance data and improve service quality.

As Manager at WazayifPlatform, you will be responsible for managing the dailyoperations, commercial growth, learner experience, tutorcoordination, partner relationships, and overall servicequality of the online education platform. This rolerequires a hands‑on leader who can manage onlineclasses, support students and teachers, coordinatedigital content and schedules, track performance, andensure the platform operates smoothly, professionally,and in line with business objectives.

Reporting directlyto the General Manager / Platform Director, your mainresponsibility is to build an organized, reliable, andscalable operating model for Wazayif. You will workclosely with tutors, academic partners, customerssupport, sales, marketing, and technical teams todeliver a high-quality bilingual learning experiencefor Arabic and English-speaking learners.

Requirements

MinimumRequirements

• Fluencyin both Arabic and English is required, including the abilityto communicate professionally with learners, parents,tutors, partners, and internal teams in bothlanguages.
• Minimumthree years of experience in online education, EdTech,e-learning operations, training center management, academiccoordination, student services, or platform operations.
• Experiencemanaging online classes, virtual learning tools, learnersupport workflows, tutors or trainers, schedules, andservice quality in an education or trainingenvironment.
• Goodunderstanding of LMS or online learning platforms, virtualclassroom tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, reportingdashboards, and common digital collaboration tools.
• Strongoperational management skills with the ability to plan,organize, prioritize, follow up, and solve day‑day issuesquickly and professionally.
• Abilityto track performance data, analyze learner engagement, monitorservice quality, prepare reports, and recommend practicalimprovements.
• Bachelor’sdegree in Education, Business Administration, Management,Technology, Digital Learning, or a related field ispreferred.
