Tawteen in Oman is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to lead mechanical and electromechanical maintenance across project facilities, ensuring safety and reliability.

You will plan preventive and breakdown maintenance, supervise a team of technicians, and coordinate pumps, compressors, valves, and piping systems, with a strong focus on LOTO and HSE.

Competenze

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 7 years in O&M projects.
• Hands-on with pumps, compressors, valves, blowers, conveyors, gearboxes, and piping.
• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and RCA.
• Strong knowledge of LOTO and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical and electromechanical maintenance activities across project facilities
• Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Supervise maintenance of pumps compressors valves blowers conveyors gearboxes and piping systems
• Carry out and supervise pump alignment mechanical seal and bearing replacement priming troubleshooting and equipment overhauling
• Supervise maintenance of plumbing water treatment drainage irrigation kitchen and laundry equipment
• Diagnose breakdowns identify root causes and coordinate timely repairs
• Monitor predictive maintenance activities including vibration analysis thermal imaging and bearing temperature measurement
• Manage maintenance tools spares consumables and equipment records
• Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians and ensure efficient work execution
• Ensure compliance with LOTO safety procedures and HSE requirements
