Job summary

Tawteen is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to manage maintenance for industrial, commercial, and building services at site. You will plan preventive and breakdown maintenance for chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, pumps and air handling equipment, and supervise technicians to ensure safe, compliant work.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5–7 years of HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting, including BMS experience and LOTO/HSE knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, package units, split/window ACs and chilled water pumps.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC maintenance activities for industrial, commercial and building services.
• Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, package units, split/window ACs and chilled water pumps.
• Troubleshoot HVAC cooling, electrical and control-related issues.
• Supervise maintenance of chilled water systems, pumps, dampers, ducting and HVAC controls.
• Monitor BMS operation and troubleshoot related issues.
• Ensure proper maintenance records, checklists and equipment performance monitoring.
• Coordinate spare parts, tools and maintenance requirements.
• Supervise technicians and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in supervising and coordinating maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of LOTO and HSE requirements.
