Job summary

Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences is seeking a hospitality ambassador to deliver prompt, professional dining service and maintain luxury standards across guest interactions.

You will collaborate with F&B teams to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain hygiene and safety, and continuously develop product knowledge while providing personalized guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Guest service: Welcome guests, present menus, take orders, serve with Tivoli standards, handle requests and respond to complaints.
• Operational: Work with colleagues, follow SOPs, keep station clean and stocked, handle opening/closing duties, know menus and promotions, operate the POS.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness, follow HACCP, comply with health regs, report issues, protect guest privacy.
• Teamwork & Development: Participate in trainings, support during busy periods, improve knowledge and skills, adapt to needs.
• Delivering Results: Meet service standards, provide accurate service, uphold policies, create memorable guest experiences.
