Job summary

The St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Muscat, Oman seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure premier room and public area cleanliness. You will coordinate daily housekeeping tasks, review room status, and support staff to uphold luxury standards.

You will liaise with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve discrepancies, supervise new hires, and ensure safety and superior guest experiences in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping tasks and update room status.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff.
• Liaise with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve issues.
