Job summary

BDP International in Muscat is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage order processing and end-to-end shipment handling. You will coordinate planning, booking, and transport orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for customers.

The role requires clear communication, strong documentation, and the ability to report on shipment status via multiple channels to meet KPIs. This position is based in Muscat and involves close collaboration with subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• +3 years of detailed experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation
• Preferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications.

• Customer order plausibility analysis
• Planning / Booking / Transportation orders
• Coordination/follow up of the shipment
• Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
• Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.
• Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates
• End to end processing
• Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation
