Job summary

Zoomlion is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator in Muscat, Oman, to coordinate and monitor logistics operations, inventory management, and transportation planning. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and fluency in English and Arabic.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments, optimize costs, and maintain compliance with local regulations. Proficiency in SAP/ERP and an LMS is expected; Oman driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred in SCM/Logistics/PM/Administration.
• Experience: 5+ years in logistics or related field; same industry preferred.
• Strong English and Arabic communication; capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor logistics operations including inventory management and planning.
• Oversee ROP, local transportation and related system operations.
• Ensure shipments are processed timely, tracked accurately, and delivered on schedule.
• Manage costs while maintaining efficiency and quality in logistics.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments via LMS.
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations governing transport and logistics activities.
• Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in logistics performance.
• Ensure timely inbound/outbound of host machines and accurate recording of shipments and inventory transactions.
• Ensure brand registration and customs documents are prepared on time.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor Logistics operations, including inventory management, and logistics planning.
• Coordinate and monitor ROP, local transportation and related System operations.
• Ensure all shipments are processed in a timely manner, accurately tracked, and delivered to customers on schedule.
• Manage and optimize transportation and logistics costs while maintaining efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments using appropriate software systems such as Logistics Management system (LMS).
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation and logistics activities.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the timely inbound and outbound of Host Machines without any due.
• Ensuring all shipments and inventory transactions are accurately recorded
• Ensure the brand registration and customs related documents on time
• Any other tasks assigned by the Immediate Manager and Management

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably Masters in relevant field - Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Project Management / Administration
• Experience: 5 years plus. Same industry experience is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and details oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Omani national (Highly Preferred)
• English language (Required)
