Job summary

Choithrams Oman is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage receiving, put-away, and SAP-based goods receipt processes. You will verify packing lists, POs, invoices, and batch data, and ensure accurate stock while monitoring items near expiry.

Coordinate PO follow-ups, loading activities, trip sheets, and vehicle documents to ensure accuracy from goods receipt to invoicing. Fluent in English and Arabic, with 2–3 years of experience and SAP/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/ Equivalent Qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 Years experience in the equivalent role.
• Fluent communication in English and Arabic.
• Inventory and SAP experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring scheduled shipments are received and parked in their designated parking area.
• Ensuring that the inventory received are matching with the packing list, purchase order, invoice, Production and Expiry batches.
• Entering the goods received into the system MIGO through SAP system.
• Ensuring that all the goods received are with complete accuracy.
• Overseeing those inventories which are approaching the expiry date and segregating these inventories.
• Ensuring that the inventories are kept in their designated areas.
• Follow up on Purchase Order, Receiving Order and Invoices and forwarding these documents to the head office.
• Ensuring that the goods are loaded into the trucks with complete accuracy and good condition.
• Ensuring that trip sheets are prepared and maintained.
• Verify these trip sheets to number to invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Verification of damaged goods and expiry goods to the credit notes done on time and entered into the system.
• Verifying QHSE log sheets to ensure that the temperature of the warehouse and cold room are maintained.
• Ensuring that the Warehouse is well maintained and clean.
• Ensuring that the attendance of company staff and contracted staffs are maintained.
• Ensuring that the supporting documents of the vehicles are maintained on timely basis.
