Job summary

Al Hoot Alasood GoodsWholesalers L.L.C is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Oman. You will assist customers, promote lighting and electrical products, and strive to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

The role requires at least 2 years in B2C sales, strong English communication (Arabic preferred), and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales (retail or direct sales).
• Age between 22 to 35 years.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to approach customers, present products, and close sales effectively.
• Valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective customer engagement and product promotion.
• Assist showroom customers, provide product recommendations, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, sales returns, and process sales transactions using Odoo ERP.
• Follow up on quotations, leads, and customer inquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits to ministries, government entities, project sites, and potential clients to generate new business.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, specifications, pricing, promotions, and new arrivals.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer payments, maintain accurate sales records, and submit regular sales activity reports.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are displayed professionally.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends or extended hours when required.
