Job summary

Crystal Flash LLC in Muscat seeks a Project Sales Executive to grow the lighting business by identifying opportunities and expanding the project portfolio. You will engage architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders, promote modern lighting solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will build long-term relationships, prepare quotations and submittals, coordinate with design and technical teams, and track projects to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proven sales track record, preferably in the lighting industry.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting customer specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the lighting and electrical sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Present and promote lighting products, designs, and solutions to clients and project teams.
• Prepare and submit quotations, technical submittals, and project proposals.
• Coordinate with design and technical teams to meet client requirements.
• Follow up on ongoing projects, quotations, and tenders to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate terms of sales and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and project developments.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project sales activities.
• Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
