Job summary

Crystal Flash LLC in Oman is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will assist customers, promote lighting and electrical products, achieve sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of B2C sales experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in English (Arabic mandatory), and a professional, presentable appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales (retail or direct sales).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English (Arabic is mandatory).
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in a professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Achieve sales targets and promote special offers.
• Prepare quotations and process sales transactions.
