Tamimi & Company in Muscat, Oman is looking for a legal professional to assist with legal research, draft legal documents, and support dispute resolution matters. The ideal candidate will have a legal qualification and experience in arbitration or litigation.

Strong drafting skills and bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English are preferred. This full-time role involves preparing case summaries and coordinating required documentation for clients and authorities.

Competenze

• Experience in dispute resolution, litigation, or arbitration preferred.
• Knowledge of Omani legal procedures would be an advantage.

Mansioni

• Assist with legal research and analysis on dispute resolution matters.
• Draft legal opinions, pleadings, correspondence, and settlement documents.
• Support litigation, arbitration, enforcement, and debt recovery matters.
• Prepare case summaries, strategy notes, and client updates.
