Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation, arbitration, enforcement, and commercial dispute matters.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, legal opinions, correspondence, and settlement documents.
• Develop case strategy and advise clients on risk, process, and outcomes.
• Review evidence and coordinate with experts, counsel, and authorities.
• Attend hearings, meetings, and negotiations where required.
• Supervise junior lawyers and support team development.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with strong dispute resolution experience.
• Experience in Omani litigation, arbitration, or GCC disputes preferred.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active matters.
• Arabic and English capability would be highly advantageous.
