Al Tamimi in Oman is seeking a legal advisor to assist with research and analysis on dispute resolution matters. You will draft opinions, pleadings, and provide support in litigation and arbitration.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispute resolution, litigation, or arbitration preferred.
• Knowledge of Omani legal procedures would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research and analysis on dispute resolution matters.
• Draft legal opinions, pleadings, correspondence, and settlement documents.
• Support litigation, arbitration, enforcement, and debt recovery matters.
• Prepare case summaries, strategy notes, and client updates.
• Coordinate documentation and filings with relevant parties and authorities.

Requirements

• Legal qualification or relevant legal advisory experience.
• Experience in dispute resolution, litigation, or arbitration preferred.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Omani legal procedures would be an advantage.
• Bilingual Arabic and English skills preferred.
