Job summary

Tamimi & Company in Oman is seeking a qualified lawyer to advise clients on corporate and commercial matters. The position requires strong expertise in corporate law and experience in the GCC market.

The ideal candidate will manage client matters from inception to completion, draft and negotiate contracts, and mentor junior lawyers. Arabic proficiency is an advantage. This is a full-time role with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

• Coordinate with government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with strong corporate and commercial law experience.
• Experience in Oman or the wider GCC market preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.

• Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
