Job summary

Grand Hyatt Muscat is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to serve as Production Manager for all pastry and bakery products. You will ensure the department runs efficiently in line with Hyatt International’s brand standards, meeting guest, employee and owner expectations.

The role requires leadership of pastry operations, menu development, and collaboration with outlets and banquets to contribute to our hotel's financial and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional diploma in Food Production with pastry specialization.
• 2–3 years’ pastry chef experience in a five-star hotel or similar size organization.
• GCC experience in five-star hotel brands is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pastry and bakery production as Production Manager to ensure quality and consistency across outlets and banquets.
• Align pastry production with Hyatt International's standards, brand guidelines, and financial goals.
• Lead and develop pastry team to deliver high-standard products for guests and events.
