Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Oman (Ruwi, Muscat Governorate) is seeking an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to manage a small team in a high-volume takeaway restaurant serving steak, chicken, and fries.

You will lead hands-on at grill and fry stations during peak hours, maintain quality, control costs, ensure hygiene and safety, and report performance to the owner. Only male candidates are eligible.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Chef De Partie or senior CDP.
• Experience leading a small kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of portion control and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and train kitchen staff.
• Work hands-on at grill and fry stations during peak hours.
• Maintain SOPs, food quality, and presentation.
• Manage daily inventory, food costs, and waste.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
• Monitor storage, labeling, and temperature checks.
• Prepare daily and weekly kitchen performance reports.
• Report issues to the owner.
