Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, inventory, and cost control.
• Ability to manage and train kitchen staff.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and train kitchen staff.
• Work hands-on at grill and fry stations during peak hours.
• Maintain SOPs, food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Manage daily inventory, food costs, and waste.
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
