Responsibilities

• Follow established food standards throughout kitchen operations.
• Organize the daily preparation requirements for the assigned section.
• Plan the section's routine according to the menu and service requirements of the day.
• Supervise and assist with the preparation of raw ingredients.
• Cook, finish and present dishes according to required service standards.
• Prepare special dishes when requested.
• Check the freshness and condition of products before use.
• Store food and ingredients correctly according to established standards.
• Keep the assigned workstation clean and organized throughout the shift and ensure it is properly cleaned before leaving.
• Perform other kitchen duties assigned by management when required.
• Provide practical guidance and training to junior kitchen staff, helping them understand preparation methods, food standards and operating requirements.
• Supervise assigned preparation activities and support consistent execution during daily kitchen service.
• Maintain food costs within the established budget by controlling waste without compromising standards.
