Job summary

Confidential Company in Oman is seeking an on-site IT Support professional to take full ownership of a dedicated plant site. You will handle general troubleshooting for laptops, desktops and IP phones, ensure device compliance, install software, and maintain antivirus standards.

Responsibilities include asset management, inventory documentation, and ensuring tickets are resolved within defined timelines using the internal ITSM tool.

Qualifications

• General troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, IP phones and basic software issues.
• Ensure device compliance, antivirus and OS installation standards.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation for all site IT assets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT support for the dedicated plant site and ensure user satisfaction.
• Manage asset lifecycle, inventory tracking and documentation.
• Resolve tickets within defined timelines via the ITSM tool and escalate when needed.

Work Location

Dedicated Plant Site 50 users

Site Ownership -

Take full ownership of the site ensuring complete end to end complete IT Support and user satisfaction for all onsite requirements

Technical Scope

General troubleshooting of Laptop desktops IP phones Basic network connectivity Software OS installation and ensuring device compliance and antivirus applications meet support standards

Asset Management

Full ownership of site IT Assets including inventory tracking and documentation

SLA Management

Manage resolve tickets via our internal ITSM tool strictly within define timelines

Collaboration

Escalate infrastructure or higher administration issues to the dedicated backend teams

• Location/Background: Candidate must be from North India.
• Driving License: A valid OMAN Driving License is Mandatory
• Transport & Accommodation: Resource must provide their own transportation & accommodation
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Friday off)
