Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ technical experience in providing Deskside Support.
- PC hardware repair (Dell/HP), Windows system support, OS X Support.
- Experience with mobile device management and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support for service requests and on-site problem resolution.
- Install and configure hardware/software; coordinate installations with users.
- Mentor junior staff and liaise with third‑party vendors when needed.
- Log incidents and tasks accurately to meet service levels.
- Participate in 24-hour on-call support where required.
- Perform AV/VC setup and troubleshooting when needed.
- Coordinate AV equipment setup for meetings and events.
