Position Summary

Responsibilities include creating recreational activity agendas and advertisements, conducting inventory of supplies and equipment, encouraging and scheduling guests, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere, providing information on facilities, promoting rules and regulations for safety, observing activities and responding to emergencies, assisting injured guests, cleaning and maintaining equipment, training and coaching employees, reporting accidents, completing safety trainings, maintaining appearance and confidentiality, anticipating guest service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, communicating professionally, processing orders and transactions, ensuring quality standards, reading and verifying information, inspecting tools, entering data, and performing physical tasks such as walking, lifting, bending, and reaching. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Required Qualifications

• CPR Certification.
• First Aid Certification.
• Recreation and Fitness Equipment knowledge.
• Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
