Alhashargroup in Oman seeks a skilled payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance. You will maintain records, process EOSB, and support audits while ensuring data integrity.

The role requires a B.Com/BBA and 3–4 years of dedicated payroll experience, with strong knowledge of payroll principles and statutory obligations. You will work closely with HR and Finance to deliver reliable payroll services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a dedicated payroll role.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, taxations, and final settlement calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the complete payroll cycle for a multi-level workforce, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, overtime, allowances, and end-of-service benefits (EOSB).
• Data Management & Validation: Collect, verify, and input payroll data, including new hires, resignations, leaves (sick, annual, unpaid), salary adjustments, and deductions.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to Oman's statutory regulations, including Social Insurance contributions, and prepare all related reports. Assist in internal and external audits.
• Employee Queries: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and leave balances, providing clear and timely resolutions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate and confidential electronic and physical payroll records for all employees.
• HRMS Proficiency: Utilize the company's HRMS and payroll software efficiently to process data and generate reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless data flow and process integrity.
